## 1. Not financial advice

TLAB Stats is a software tool that displays statistics about historical price
action. **Nothing it shows constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax,
legal, accounting, or any other form of professional advice.** The
probabilities, levels, hit rates, the "12:1 stat" banner, the documentation,
the website, every chart, every number, and every word are for
**informational and educational purposes only**.

## 2. You alone are responsible for your decisions

Every trading, investment, or financial decision you make based on, in
relation to, or while using TLAB Stats is **your decision alone**. You bear
**full and sole responsibility** for any gain, loss, missed opportunity, or
other outcome that results — directly or indirectly — from that decision.

## 3. Verify every number, every session

TLAB Stats reads prior-day levels from a CSV file **that you maintain**, and
computes other levels from your Bookmap data feed. **The data and computed
values may be incorrect, delayed, incomplete, partially loaded, mis-aligned,
or wrong in any number of ways at any time.** You alone are responsible for
verifying every number TLAB Stats shows — every prior-day level, every
Initial Balance figure, every overnight level, every probability — every
session, before acting on it.

## 4. Past performance is not indicative of future results

The historical probabilities displayed by TLAB Stats reflect a "Stats by
Target" data set compiled at a particular point in time. **Market conditions
change.** A level that historically hit X% of the time may hit at a
completely different rate going forward, or not at all, or always — there is
no guarantee that any historical pattern will continue or recur.

## 5. Trading involves substantial risk of loss

Trading futures, equities, options, cryptocurrencies, and other financial
instruments involves **a real and substantial risk of losing some or all of
your invested capital**. Leveraged trading can produce losses exceeding the
amount initially deposited. **Do not trade with money you cannot afford to
lose.** Past success — by anyone — does not predict your future results.

## 6. No warranty

TLAB Stats is provided **AS IS** and **WITH ALL FAULTS**, with no warranty of
any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to any warranty of
accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability,
quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. The software may contain bugs, may
fail, may produce incorrect numbers, may stop working, or may behave in
unexpected ways. Updates, fixes, and continued availability are not
guaranteed.

## 7. No liability

**To the maximum extent permitted by law**, under no circumstances will
SDES.DEV, the author, Tom B., TraderLab, Bookmap, or any party associated
with this software be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without
limitation any loss of profit, loss of revenue, lost opportunity, lost data,
lost capital, distress, or any other claim — arising from or in connection
with your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon TLAB Stats, even if
advised of the possibility of such damages.

## 8. No advisory relationship

Your use of TLAB Stats does **not** create any advisory, fiduciary,
broker-dealer, investment-adviser, customer, employment, or other
professional relationship between you and SDES.DEV, the author, Tom B.,
TraderLab, Bookmap, or any other party.

## 9. Consult a licensed professional

**Before making any trading or investment decision**, consult a
**licensed** financial advisor, broker, tax professional, attorney, or other
qualified professional as appropriate for your jurisdiction and personal
circumstances. Do not rely on TLAB Stats — or any individual, website, or
publication — as a substitute for that advice.

## 10. Your jurisdiction, your responsibility

Trading and investment activities are regulated differently in different
countries, states, and jurisdictions. **You are solely responsible for
ensuring that your use of TLAB Stats and any decisions you make complies
with all applicable laws and regulations** in your jurisdiction.

## 11. Proprietary software

TLAB Stats is **proprietary** (see [LICENSE](LICENSE)). It is provided free
of charge for use inside Bookmap. You may **not** copy, modify, decompile,
disassemble, reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or feed the source
code or compiled jar to any AI or automated system for the purpose of
reproducing, deriving, or learning its design or logic.

## 12. Third parties

TLAB Stats integrates with Bookmap (a third-party platform) and uses
statistical data attributed to Tom B. / TraderLab. **Neither Bookmap, nor
Tom B., nor TraderLab endorses, supports, or is responsible for TLAB Stats
in any way.** No support, warranty, or liability is implied from any of
those third parties.

## 13. Support

TLAB Stats is a free add-on, provided as-is. Bugs that are reported to the
author may be fixed when time permits. **Beyond that, there is no support
of any kind** — none from SDES.DEV, none from TraderLab, none from Tom B.,
and none from Bookmap.
