This notice covers the SDES website, messages and forms you send to us, and the related services described below. Installed software has its own features and settings. A website choice does not change an installed add-on's update, licensing or sharing settings.

Hosting and security. Cloudflare delivers sdes.dev. Serving a page involves processing connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Cloudflare also processes information to provide network security and prevent abuse. This is separate from the page analytics described next. Website fonts are served from SDES rather than requested from Google Fonts.

Cookieless analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, traffic sources, approximate geographic distribution and page performance. Its analytics measurement does not use cookies or browser storage to identify visitors. Cookieless does not mean that no network information is processed. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Marketplace link counts. Our ADT Marketplace redirect records the day, a campaign source label and a random event identifier to count outbound visits. That counter does not store an IP address, cookie identifier or referring URL. Its records expire after 400 days. A link count is not a purchase confirmation.

Advertising tags and cookies. The current website does not load Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Ads tracking tags. SDES page code does not set advertising cookies or use browser local storage for advertising. Advertising platforms can separately measure activity within their own services. External services you choose to open can apply their own cookies and policies, including collecting activity over time and across other websites.

When you email us or submit a form, we receive your email address and whatever information you provide. Depending on the form, this can include your name, product of interest, instruments, support question, operating system and preferred appointment time. We use it to respond, provide requested support, arrange a session or send the product notification you requested.

Website forms send their contents to FormSubmit when you submit them, for delivery to our Zoho Mail mailbox at [email protected]. These providers process the submission or message to provide their services. Read the FormSubmit privacy policy (PDF) and Zoho privacy policy.

A product launch signup requests an email about that named product. It is not permission to enroll you in every SDES product's marketing list. You can withdraw your request by emailing us with the product name. Please do not send account passwords, payment card details, private license keys or unrelated sensitive information in a form or support attachment.

Video. Embedded YouTube video is loaded only when you choose to load it. That action connects your browser to Google/YouTube, which can receive your IP address, device and browser information and viewing activity, and may use cookies under its own settings and policies. You may leave it unloaded. Read Google's privacy policy. A normal link to a video opens the external service when you follow it.

ADT rooms. If you choose to join or host an ADT sharing room, the SDES relay processes the room code, role, instrument and shared drawing content needed to run that session. It can also process an optional display handle and the host authorization token. Shared content is delivered to the room's intended participants; roster visibility depends on the host and moderator permissions. A room code is not a promise that another participant cannot save or disclose content they receive.

The room's optional candle backdrop requests Yahoo market information through an SDES endpoint. The service processes the selected instrument to retrieve the backdrop. Do not put personal or confidential information in public drawings, room handles or content you share.

SDES products can keep trading calculations, drawings, plans and settings locally while still making service requests. Depending on the product and enabled feature, these include version checks, license verification, calendar retrieval, a feed you configure, or sharing you initiate. License verification can use a license identifier and a hashed machine identifier. Version checks can include an installation identifier and product information. These identifiers serve software delivery, access verification and installation measurement; they are different from your chart's trading data.

Support reports or feedback you choose to send can contain your message, contact details, selected diagnostics or log extracts. Review the report before sending it. See the relevant product page, in-app notice and settings for that product's behavior and available controls. Turning off an optional version check does not necessarily disable licensing or another feature you have chosen to use.

For purchases through the Bookmap Marketplace, Bookmap handles checkout, subscription billing, subscription management, cancellation and refund requests. Use your Bookmap account or Bookmap support for those requests, under the terms provided by Bookmap. SDES provides its software support separately and handles information you send directly to SDES under this notice.

Planned direct SDES subscriptions are not yet on sale. Their checkout and payment information will be provided before purchase. This privacy notice does not create a refund policy or replace the terms supplied with a purchase or software license.

We use the information described above to deliver and protect the website, understand its use, answer requests, provide software access and support, operate optional sharing, and send requested notifications. Relevant information is processed by the hosting, form delivery, email, video or marketplace service involved, as described in this notice. Room participants receive the content shared with their room.

Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to address a security incident, fraud or a legal claim. Providers can process information in countries other than your own. Their policies explain their own processing; this notice does not promise that information stays in Nevada or in the United States.

Retention depends on the request and record involved: whether support remains open, whether a requested launch notification is still pending, whether access or abuse prevention requires a record, and whether accounting, legal or dispute obligations apply. The Marketplace redirect counter has the 400-day expiration described above. Service providers also apply their own retention practices.

Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion. We will explain any reason relevant information must be retained. We cannot remove copies that an independent recipient has already saved, or directly change records held by Bookmap or another independent service.

Email [email protected] to ask what information SDES holds about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw a product notification request, or raise a privacy concern. Tell us which product or interaction your request concerns. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that the request is yours; please do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed.

Your applicable rights can depend on where you live and the processing involved. They may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to your privacy regulator. We assess requests under applicable law and explain the outcome. Nevada residents can also use this email as the designated address for a verified request not to sell covered information.

You can leave external video unloaded, avoid optional forms and rooms, and manage cookies through your browser. Browser controls do not change records already received or the settings of installed SDES software. For another service's records or cookies, use that service's privacy controls.

We update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be identified on this page, with any additional notice or consent required by applicable law. Contact [email protected] if you need clarification about a change.
